Background:

To learn more about my research I have created a research poster that outlines both my over all doctoral research and some details on this particular study. Click here to read more.

The Study:

This study’s purpose is to examine the psychology of cyber defenders; namely the behavioral motivations, personality traits, perspectives, and acceptance behaviors with the aim to find ways to help support getting security program success. It is divided into two parts.

1) We are collecting anonymized demographic and personality data for each participant.

2) The participant will be asked to sort 44 statements on why a Security Program may fail.

After the first part, the participant will be asked to create and submit a 10-character alpha-numeric code. This code will be asked for again in the second part. This is to enable data protection and anonymization, while still allowing for analysis of the two data sets.

This study is easiest to take on a computer or tablet. If you use a smart phone, we suggest you use landscape mode.
